Terms of Service

Welcome to Ignite AI System. By accessing our website, booking consultations, or using our automation and AI services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Service Scope

Ignite AI System provides:

  • AI workflow development (e.g., n8n, Make.com, API automations)
  • AI model integration and prompt engineering
  • Business system consulting and optimization
  • Custom AI assistants and chat interfaces
  • Data structuring and automation strategy

Service scope is defined in writing before project start (proposal, email, invoice, or chat agreement). We do not guarantee a specific financial outcome, revenue gain, or performance metric unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information needed to build your system
  • Ensure you have legal rights to any data, files, or software you provide
  • Not use our systems for illegal, abusive, or unethical activities

If required information is not provided, project timelines may be delayed.

3. Payments & Fees

Project fees, retainers, or subscription models will be communicated prior to work.

  • Payments are due upon receipt unless stated otherwise.
  • Late or missed payments may result in temporary suspension of services.

For custom-built automations:

  • Payment is for time, expertise, and development — not guaranteed outcomes or lifetime updates.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless a written exception is agreed to before the project starts.

4. Intellectual Property

  • You own your brand assets, business data, and internal documents.
  • We own our internal automation frameworks, templates, workflow logic, and proprietary process structures.
  • Custom workflows delivered to you are licensed for your business use.
  • You may not resell our workflows, prompts, or system designs without written authorization.

5. Confidentiality & Security

  • We keep your business information confidential and do not share it with third parties, except where required to deliver services (e.g., automation platforms) or by law.
  • You agree not to publicly share or redistribute private development documentation, internal chat instructions, or backend automation logic without permission.

6. AI Model & Data Handling Disclosure

Some workflows may rely on platforms such as:

  • OpenAI
  • Google Gemini / Vertex
  • Anthropic Claude
  • n8n / Make.com
  • Zapier / API webhooks

We do not use your data to train public AI models. However, data transmitted to third-party APIs is subject to their privacy terms. You acknowledge that outputs from AI systems may occasionally be inaccurate, and you agree to review results before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ignite AI System is not liable for:

  • Lost revenue
  • Business interruption
  • Client operational errors
  • Delays due to third-party platforms
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Because automations are custom-built, configured, and integrated into business workflows:

  • All payments are non-refundable
  • Work may not be reversed once delivered
  • Cancellations after work has begun do not qualify for refunds

If you are on a monthly support or retainer plan, you may cancel future months at any time — previously paid months are not refundable.

9. Support & Maintenance

Unless specifically included in your agreement:

  • Ongoing updates, monitoring, troubleshooting, or feature improvements are not included after delivery.
  • Support packages are available upon request.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes will be handled under UAE jurisdiction.
